III) "Hands on training for using PanelCheck" Workshop 

Date: 16 April.

PanelCheck is a tool for visualising performance of sensory panels and assessors.  PanelCheck uses various plots to evaluate results from descriptive analyses. These plots help the user to easily identify the performance of individual assessors and allow for precise and rapid feedback for future training sessions. PanelCheck is open source software, meaning that it can be downloaded, used and distributed for free. During the workshop delegates will get to know some of the features of the PanelCheck software. The knowledge gained will enable users to utilise information from their sensory profiling data in the best possible way.
