consumolab provides customized studies, including descriptive analysis by trained panels and hedonic testing by consumers. Key areas include product innovation, development, optimization, quality control, sensory shelf life, and preference drivers. It also offers training and technical assistance for in-house sensory panels.
AINIA is accredited under ISO 17025 for sensory methods by ENAC, ensuring high-quality research standards.
